🚚Anreise:

Einlass ins Paddock ist ab 19:00 Uhr möglich. Der Einlass wird kontrolliert und es besteht keine Möglichkeit vor 19:00 ins Paddock zu gelangen.

✒️Einschreiben:

Einschreiben ist am Donnerstagabend ab 19:15 - 22:00Uhr möglich und jeweils am Freitag-Sonntag ab 7:30 / Ihr findet uns in der Box 23

Wir benötigen den Haftungsverzicht von Cremona ausgedruckt und unterzeichnet vor Ort.

💡Briefing:

Das Briefing findet täglich 8:30 vor der Anmeldebox statt und ist am ersten Teilnahmetag obligatorisch. Bei einer nicht Teilnahme am Briefing können wir Dich von der Veranstaltung ausschliessen und Dich nicht starten lassen.

⏱️Transponder:

Transponder werden am Freitagmorgen ab 7:30 gegen ein Pfand (Ausweis/ID) abgegeben. Wir empfehlen Euch diesen vorne bei der Gabel zu montieren, damit der Transponder im Falle eines Sturzes nicht beschädigt wird.Ein Einlass auf die Strecke ohne Transponder ist nicht erlaubt. Samstag/Sonntag findet die Abgabe ab 8:00 statt / Die Transponder müssen bis spätestens Sonntagabend um 18:15 bei uns in der Box 23 abgegeben werden.

⚠️Technische Bestimmungen am Motorrad:

Rückspiegel, Koffer und andere abstehende Teile am Motorrad müssen vom Teilnehmer vor Beginn der Veranstaltung abmontiert werden.

Scheinwerfer, Rücklichter und Bremslichter müssen grossflächig mit undurchsichtigem Klebeband abgedeckt werden oder von der Elektronik abgehängt sein. Es ist wichtig, dass man das Bremslicht nicht sieht.

🔧Reifenservice/Motorradteile:

Es gibt einen Reifenservice sowie ein gewisses Zubehör an Motorradteilen vor Ort.

⛽️Tankstelle:

Eine Tankstelle direkt am Rundkurs ist  nicht vorhanden. Die nächste Tankstelle ist cirka 10min von der Strecke entfernt.

🍽️Verpflegung:

Ein Cafe/Bar ist vorhanden. Infos dazu am Briefing.

📸Fotograf:

Es gibt einen unabhängigen Fotografen vor Ort. Damit der Fotograf die Bilder der Teilnehmer einfach zuordnen kann, bekommen alle Teilnehmer eine Startnummer von uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Bilder können vor Ort oder Online gekauft werden

🏍️💥Motorenlautstärke:

Die Motorrad Lautstärke in Cremona beträgt max 105db.

🥲Nach dem Event:

Senden wir euch in dieser Gruppe die Links zu den Zeiten sowie Fotos/Videos zu. Damit Ihr diese nachträglich anschauen und auch bestellen könnt. Die Gruppe schliessen wir nach 10Tagen .

🏁Erklärung Superpole und Qualipol:

🚚 Arrival:

Access to the paddock is possible from 7:00 PM onwards. Entry is controlled, and it is not possible to enter the paddock before 7:00 PM.

✒️ Registration:

Registration is possible on Thursday evening from 7:15 PM to 10:00 PM, and on Friday to Sunday from 7:30 AMonwards.You’ll find us in Box 23.

We require the Cremona liability waiver to be printed and signed.

💡 Briefing:

The daily briefing takes place at 8:30 AM in front of the registration box and is mandatory on your first day of participation.If you do not attend the briefing, we may exclude you from the event and you will not be allowed to start.

⏱️ Transponder:

Transponders will be handed out on Friday from 7:30 AM in exchange for a deposit (ID/passport).We recommend mounting it on the front fork to avoid damage in case of a crash.You are not allowed on the track without a transponder.On Saturday and Sunday, transponders will be handed out from 8:00 AM.They must be returned by Sunday at 6:15 PM at the latest, in Box 23.

⚠️ Technical requirements for motorcycles:

Mirrors, panniers, and other protruding parts must be removed by the rider before the event starts.Headlights, taillights, and brake lights must be completely covered with opaque tape or disconnected from the electronics.It is essential that the brake light is not visible.

🔧 Tire service / Motorcycle parts:

A tire service and a selection of motorcycle parts will be available on site.

⛽️ Fuel station:

There is no fuel station directly at the track.The nearest one is approximately 10 minutes away.

🍽️ Catering:

A café/bar is available. More info will be provided during the briefing.

📸 Photographer:

There will be an independent photographer on site.To help with image assignment, all participants will receive a start number from us.Photos can be purchased on site or online.

🏍️💥 Engine noise:

The maximum motorcycle noise level in Cremona is 105 dB.

🥲 After the event:

We will send the links to lap times and photos/videos in this group after the event, so you can view or order them later.The group will be closed after 10 days.
